To Love... To Hate?

Another break in blogging!?! 

What's this!?! 

Are you surprised? 

We're pretty sure you're 

NOT 

surprised that there has been yet 

another break in blog posts. 

We hope you're not surprised 

because you understand what it's 

like to have the ebb and flow 

of the craziness that is called life! 

This however is NOT 

what we have a LOVE/ HATE 

relationship with!

We love our life and our family! 

No haters/hating going on here.

But what is it you might ask? 

TECHNOLOGY

Technology oh how 

Hubby LOOOOVES YOU 

BUT 

Oh how Wifey (cough at times) HATES YOU! 

Wifey actually has a LOVE/HATE relationship 

with Technology on many different layers! 

She LOVES technology when it 

is what is employing Hubby and supports our family.

She HATES technology when it beeps at 

her SEVERAL times a night and keeps Hubby 

away at work or away in the middle of the night fixing you 

for LONG hours!!

She LOVES technology when it lets her 

see and talk to her family and friends that live FAR far away.

She HATES technology when it BREAKS,

we send it into be fixed ,pay a BUTT LOAD of money 

to repair it, JUST to have it stop working AGAIN just a few 

weeks LATER!!! 

(Oh and she HATES that we have another piece of 

technology to help with the signal in our house and YOU 

don't work EITHER and calls will be dropped or text messages 

never sent or RECEIVED!)

She LOVES technology because she is able to watch all different 

kinds of shows to help her keep her sanity after a long day. 

She HATES technology when we purchase another 

piece of technology to help enhance the cable and YOU 

DON'T work OR we try and out smart that piece of technology 

by purchasing a service to be able to watch mind numbing 

television on a different piece of technology only to have THAT piece of 

technology go 

"EAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHAAARRRNNNN"

and FREEZE ANYTIME she wants to just SIT DOWN 

and relax for say 30 minutes and collect what little bits 

of sanity she has left laying around! 

(We do after all have 3 small BOYS around these parts!)

She LOVES technology because she can take 

many, many pictures of her sweet family. 

She HATES technology when she takes said pictures 

and uploads them and that piece of technology EATS THEM 

and they are NOWHERE to be FOUND! 

She KNOWS you have them 

somewhere on this blasted piece of technology! 

She uploaded them off of that other BLASTED piece of 

TECHNOLOGY that has been sent off to be fixed yet AGAIN!

Thus the reason for the lack of posting! 

We only have pictures for part of out latest trip 

that we want to blog about! 

We KNOW it's all about perspective! 

We are NOT trying to be like that person who is 

complaining that there isn't WIFI on the plane 

we are FLYING IN MID AIR ON! 

Perspective people! 

We get it!

We have MANY things we are grateful for: 

FREEDOM to have such liberties.

The Gospel to have answers to our many questions.

Electricity to light and heat our home 

(among many other things.)

Cars we can drive places.

Medical care to help keep our family Healthy. 

Hospitals to save lives or just 

calm our fears when our boys get wild and crazy!

The Atonement to bless our eternal family.

Food to eat; that we don't have to slave months/days 

over growing and then harvesting and cooking! 

Speaking of which have you guys seen that 

wicked awesome piece of technology that is coming out!?!? 

The one where you can talk to it,  to order the 

items of food you need in your kitchen and it just shows up on your DOOR STEP!?! 

(There are a few other steps in that process but lets not lose PERSPECTIVE here people!)

No shlepping 3 kids to the store just to pick up a few things 

to walk out HOURS later FORGETTING the MOST important 

item on that short list thus negating what was SUPPOSED to be for dinner!!

HUBBY SIGN us UP!! 

Wifey will promise to always LOVE and CHERISH that piece of technology and you too of course! 

(until it breaks then the deal is OFF!)

And IF you made it through all of that 

a special treat: 

We love them SO much and technology or no technology 

that will NEVER change!!!

We will always have a LOVE/LOVE forever and always 

relationship with these sweet little ones that we will 

be eternally grateful to our Heavenly Father for!
