We were sad that we weren't in Ohio
watching fireworks and spending time with friends and family.
What made it even worse is
we weren't invited ANYWHERE for a picnic or anything!
We understand that we had just moved
but we expected at least one person
from the ward to invite us over but that didn't happen.
We were determined to make the best of it anyway.
We headed out to buy a few items so that
we can get more settled in our new home.
(And to take advantage of daddy's day off!)
WEEEELLLLL
Things didn't go quite according to plans!!
Daddy was upstairs with his little helpers
putting together a shelving unit when
G
(Yes! G our accident prone little miracle boy!)
went to sit in a different spot to help and lost his
balance and fell
ALL THE WAY DOWN THE STAIRS!!!
He was bleeding really bad from his mouth
but when then was under control
he said his whole body hurt so
off to the ER we went!!
(If you're paying close attention that is an Urgent care visit AND
a visit to the ER in a little over a MONTH!)
He lost his 2 front teeth!!
(We're pretty sure we've mentioned this story before
but just a reminder his precious 2 front teeth survived a
fall/accident before, you can read about here. )
But his 2 front teeth were NO match for the stairs...
well the tile at the bottom of the stairs!
He actually lost one and one was hanging on for DEAR LIFE!!
He kept his tongue behind it and wouldn't let it go
anywhere until he was checked out at the hospital.
He turned out to be okay except for his poor precious teeth.
We headed home and he wiggled the other tooth loose
and it popped out!
Mommy was okay with them coming out
(Not okay with HOW they came out)
because he had already lost his 2 bottom teeth and one
of his top teeth was already loose.
So our little man
is 2 for 2 with the tooth fairy.
( 2 under his pillow and 2 down is belly!)
Even though G is very accident prone
we can NOT be more grateful for
Heavenly Father and
his guardian angels watching out for him!!
We Love our precious boy and would
NEVER want anything to happen to him.
We hope he soon grows into his body
and will start to be more careful soon!!
(Like YESTERDAY!)
