Steelers fans through and through...
Or so we THOUGHT!!??
With all the hype out here about
the Seattle Seahawks our
1st grader started coming home from school
telling us he was a SEAHAWKS FAN!?!?
We couldn't help jumping on the band
wagon but we firmly explained
that we are STEELERS fans 1st!
and Seahawks fans 2nd!
BUT when they WON the
Super Bowl this year G's school had a parade!
It was FREEZING
outside!!
BELOW freezing actually!
We decided to go support G
and his school
in their little "parade"
He was So proud!
And loved having his whole family there to see him.
We even bought him a Seahawks shirt to wear for his parade!

We think they did their version of the "parade"
that was in downtown Seattle to stop kids
from skipping school to go!
The turnout to the parade was HUGE!
Several thousand people went and FROZE!
It was a neat experience to be living here
during their Super Bowl Championship!
But we surely don't need to remind you
who our hearts are still dedicated to right!?!
(cough cough)
