We did everything we could to prepare for Super Storm Sandy!
We were nervous because we had already lost power
once before after a storm came pounding through!
Luckily we were blessed to have kept our power
and we didn't have any major damage!
School was cancelled for G so
we decided to build a fort to "protect us" from the storm!

Yes, it pretty much took up the ENTIRE living room!

It was POURING down rain!!
Daddy also worked from home that day
so we were all together no matter what happened!
It was coming down SO hard
and the windows along the outside were not
sealed off very well so it was actually RAINING
inside our apartment but we were safe and we survived
so we can't complain about anything!
Our prayers are with those who lost everything
and are still trying to rebuild their lives!
