Utah (July 8 -15, 2010)

So we did a post to tell you we had to make a surprise trip to Utah and we are FINALLY updating the blog with the adventures from that trip!!  We flew out and arrived SUPER late! Woke up and then we were off to the many celebrations of Grandpa Folsom's life! It was a beautiful evening where all of his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren (and all those who have been added to the family) sat around telling beautiful memories of him. But first lets start at the beginning:

We didn't know it was okay to take pictures but after we saw everyone else doing it we sort of jumped on the band wagon.... it still kind of seems a little disrespectful but there ya go....

G really had had ENOUGH by this point! 

They both did amazing during the funeral ceremony at the church but at the cemetery G just wanted to run, jump, play and get wet with the sprinklers!

Well it helped that he slept for most of the ceremony at the cemetery!

After the funeral we had a few days to spend with the family! 

Wifey had never been to the Great Salt Lake so we were off!!

Because it was such sort notice we flew out one airline and flew home another. 

We also flew the red eye home on Wednesday night!

We hoped the boys would sleep most of the flight......

Do you think it happened..... 

Well yes it did!! 

We didn't sleep very much because our seats weren't together and it's kind of embarrassing to slobber on a stranger's shoulder!!! So we ZONKED when got on our connecting flight into Pittsburgh!!
