Christmas Catch up! (2009)

Christmas Eve we spent at Ganma and Ganpa's house making and decorating sugar cookies!! This is something we did new this year and we are not quite sure if it's going to become a tradition or not. But other traditions were still kept alive on that fun night!
Helping "decorate" a Christmas tree.
Santa was still able to find us to drop off our Pj's!!!
Daddy and G with their new pj's. Mommy and Daddy's pj's match even though I'm not sure if we got a picture of the whole family together with their pj's this year. G is also holding a very new tradition that we are for sure keeping. It's one of those recordable Christmas Story books. We sent this book out to Utah to be read by Ggma and Ggpa! They read it and sent it back and we got it the day before the night before Christmas! They each took turns reading a page and this is definitely something we are going to treasure and "read" every year!
Keeping on with the traditions Ganpa read from the "BIG" bible the story of Jesus' birth!
Christmas Morning!!!
YAY!!! This year we all went a little overboard for everyone! G got his own big boy bed with sheets, blanket, and pillow cases (made by Ganma!) He also got several fun toys some are pictured below.
Hubby got a new laptop (early) and wifey got a new BIG SCREEN TV!!!(early)
Along with some clothes that are needed by all!
Sancho and Bear were also good this year and Santa brought them several new toys!! This might be the first picture of Bear we've posted. He's the brown one on top! He really loves to play with his brother (Sancho) and is a huge snuggle Bear... sometimes too snuggly! But he has brought a new sparkle into our home and into Sancho's life!
Opening presents!!! G opened this first present (a doodle pro) and that was it! He was happy with that and kept saying "tank you!" He played with it for about 10 minutes before we made him sit down and open the rest of his toys. Had we known he was going to be such an angel and be satisfied with only one stocking stuffer we might have stopped there!
We love him sooo much!!
Sorry we did not rotate this picture but its G finally opening another gift and its BUZZ!!!
And then his car!!! His remote control car that daddy really wanted to get for him this year! He is still trying to figure out how to get it to reverse after it gets stuck in a corner but he doesn't mind running after it, picking it up, and facing it the right way; just to get it stuck again! G also got snow suit, snow boots, clothes, and many other things.
Merry Christmas!!
