Easter!!!

We had a fun filled Easter Weekend. First we started off Saturday with an Easter Egg hunt at our local park. Since we just moved here we thought it would be a good experience. While waiting for the Easter Egg hunt we took G to the playground for a while.

Then we had the worst Easter Egg hunt we have ever been to!! The parents were not in the area as you can see by everyone standing around. G had no clue what to do so he just stood around watching.

There were NO eggs there was candy under all of this hay! We had practiced with G going around the house with a basket picking up eggs with the understanding we would not collect the eggs just walk around with him holding the basket. NO Candy for G!!

After the awful Easter Egg hunt we proceeded to church for a primary activity.

Daddy played Peter in the Readers Theater that Gma made up all by herself!

Finally an Egg hunt that is up G's alley! He did awesome collecting the eggs!!

He is a PRO with those eggs. We do not need any of that candy covered with hay junk! We are so thankful for this season and the sacrafice our Heavenly Father and our Beloved brother Jesus Christ made for all of us. We went a little overboard with the presents but G is our first born so we can spoil him a bit!!!
